I was SO going to say that you were working with growth promotions and that was your agar plate used to temper your inoculating loop before adding organisms! You just beat me to it! Seriously - you should have let ME answer that question! Sheesh!

I don't know WHY it is.... maybe I just am not accepting reality or something but somehow, YOU and microbiology seem such an ODD mix. I guess I just assumed you would be a professional Diva, or parachuter, something like that.
